difficult to fit
Because there is little room to manoeuvre the allen key to fit into the retaining screw, the product is very hard to affix to the wall satisfactory. Hence it isn't very sturdy. Not sure how long it will remain on the wall before being pulled off during use

Terrible quality
Fell apart just a week or two after I installed it. Internal plastic parts are really low quality even though it looks nice.I really hope that someone from the supplier can get in touch and arrange for a replacement as this is far from acceptable for such an expensive product.
