I used to use a different brand, but found these to be better as they actually stay attached to the underwear. They are very thin and comfortable and so far, has always been good for hours during the worst of my period and often all day during the slower days. While I usually use them all the time rather than just at night, they are great for that as well. What I said about the day goes for the night as well though this does not apply to super heavy periods like I used to get. They do great with normal blood flow, however in the past when my periods used to be extremely heavy, I was not able to use these or any pad as they can't the same amount as disposable underwear can. However, unless you bleed more heavily than the average person these pads work great.
