Walton Wood Farm The Adventurer Beard Balm 75 g / 2.5 oz

Normally I would give this product at least 4 stars, but this time it was not up to par with ones I’ve received in the past. I was really looking for the one called “The Gentleman” because it smells amazing. I had a sample size of this one - “The Adventurer” and it smelled very good as well. After receiving this one, when I opened up the tin, it had almost no smell at all. This may be fine for some people, but I buy this brand because I like the smell better than any other beard balms I’ve tried. The fact that this one has almost no smell to it was very disappointing. As I said I’ve tried this particular one before, and while it didn’t smell quite as good as “The Gentleman”, it did smell very good.No sure if this was a fluke or if the formula has changed. Either way, for over $20 it’s a major disappointment.

I really like Walton Farm's different beard balms because they tame the beard (make it lay down) and because this balm is better than a wax or oil. Oils are just that, oily even after applied and waxes are hard to work. This is a good balance between the 2 forms.

Great product! Will buy again. No strong scent and does the job.

Let me start off by saying that everything about the company and the product is excellent. This is only my 2nd time ordering from them and decided to try a different scent but I find this one (Adventurer) I don’t like the scent as much. It’s more of a waxy smell. The balm itself is the best I have used out of the many I have tried in keeping my beard soft and helping with dry skin underneath.One tin last me quite a while so it’s going to take a bit before I can try another scent.

Have purchased this several times for my husband, it's one of his favorite beard products!
