It definitely does what it says - I go surfing with this case and it keeps my keys and fitbit completely dry. My only complaints are that the snap at the top of the case always falls off and can easily be lost (luckily I found it on the nearby pavement a couple of times), and because the snap is made of hard plastic, it nudges into my ribs when I am paddling out on my surfboard.

Great waterproof pouch
We live in Florida and are around the water a lot. When we take our boat out, I like to put my iphone in a pouch just in case something happens. I bought this just for that purpose and the case has held up perfectly. I have dropped the pouch once, with the phone in it, into shallow water and no water got in. I am very satisfied with this product and will probably be buying another one soon.

Water proof but not firm enough
Proofs water well, but not firm enough. The sealer fell apart the second time I used it. Luckily it can be resembled back easily.
