The only difference I found between this and the three-times-more-expansive TRX X-Mount is the price, two extra mounting holes, and no TRX logo. It's the same hardware, and even the instructions state "mount with logo facing up" even though there is no logo. I think this is the exact same product but without the expansive brand name. Save yourself some money and get this one.

Overall great product, I’d recommend it, very sturdy!!!Only complaint is, it’s too big for ceiling jousting, can’t use all 4 screws but seem sturdy with just using 2.You’d need to drill first and then put the screws on with a wrench

I bought this to rig my aerial silks. I installed it myself! I have to admit I was nervous trying it out although I had tried everything to make it budge beforehand, with no success (yayyy) and it has been great!!!! Has not loosened or anything! Those silks are up to stay!!! Highly recommended

We have had this installed for a few months now and it shows no signs of weakness with steady use. We have cross fit ropes attached to one and a 100lb heavy bag on the other one. We mounted ours into a 2X6 board which was lagged into the studs over drywall and it doesn't budge.

I finally had some time and got this installed in my garage. Based on other reviews, I did NOT use the hardware that came with the kit. I bought some Lag bolts from Lowe's and used them instead. I've only installed 2 screws into the stud that I found and it holds my full weight with no issues. I will have to get different style bolts for the other 2 holes since there isn't a stud above them in the ceiling.

The bracket that attached to the ceiling looks pretty solid, unfortunately the hardware isn't. I pre-drilled the holes to 1/4 inch as indicated in the instructions and went to put the screw in and it snapped. Looks like I'll be going to Lowes to buy better mounting hardware. Glad the bolt broke while I was putting it in rather than in the middle of a workout.

Got 2 for hanging a yoga swing. Work great and very heavy duty!

sturdy, solid, strong, unbreakable.... I am sure I can keep coming up with words to describe how well made this bracket is. Also it was great that it came with everything you need to install this bracket. I am using it with my Jungle Gym straps. It is a simple bracket and does the job I need it to do so easy. If you are looking to install TRX or Jungle Gym straps get this bracket.
