flexible and light
These are a bit thicker and more durable than the similar set I bought before. My knifes are very sharp so some knife mark can been seen, but did not cutting through the cutting boards. Color coded design is great especially when children and guest are helping. They dry quickly and no issues in the dish washer. Very nice set, but a bit pricey due to quality.

Well made and good thickness
Got these as replacements for another set I had (that store inside the wood cutting board). That old set was really flimsy. These are just thick enough to not have that problem and still be able to store inside my wood cutting board. They also don't bow like the old ones did.

Cutting boards not flimsy.
My husband likes to cook, but will use the same cutting board for meats and vegetables if I let him. So I like that each one has a small picture in corner of cutting board so that you know what to use it for.
